ipconfig /flushdns
清除NetBIOS over TCP/IP 缓存的方法（有两种）
1. Purges and reloads the remote cache name table
nbtstat -R
2. Sends Name Release packets to WINS and then, starts Refresh
nbtstat -RR
清除 ARP ( address resolution protocol ) 表格中所有的纪录
arp -d
